Competitive Pokemon starts here.
Hello and welcome, below you will read about the changes that I believe should be made to a Pokemon metagame in order to make it more serious and competitive (more fun for me as well). By changing the factors that are usually in pokemon it should make it a game that takes more thought to beat your opponent and making team building endlessly fun making a team that is good both offensively and defensively.
If this does happen on Pokemon Showdown I will hope to make it in 5th gen OU and do some testing see what fits and what doesn't and make it a very balanced tier. Anyways, feel free to tell me what you think or if you have some additional changes or think some of my changes are wrong and why please don't hesitate to tell me. If you don't agree with this, I'd love to hear what you have to say and you can feel free to tell me.

Has hax ruined many games for you? Are you tired of getting critted or having 10% chances to miss or to get frozen? Do you think all those little chances every here and there in pokemon are downright stupid? Well if so, you have just landed in the right place.

I will be going off of smogon's initial rules:
-Species Clause - A player cannot have two Pokemon with the same National Pokédex number on a team.
For example, using a team with two Koffing would break this clause.
Using different formes on the same team, such as Rotom-W and Rotom-C, also breaks the clause since they share the same Pokédex number (#479).
-Sleep Clause - The clause basically means that if you have already put a Pokemon on your opponent's side to sleep and it is still sleeping, you can't put another one to sleep.
A move you were "forced into" is a move you must use because all other moves (that cannot inflict sleep) are disabled (by Choice item, Encore, or some combination of Taunt, Disable, Torment, and lack of PP) and you cannot switch (due to trapping moves, trapping abilities, Ingrain, or having all other Pokemon be fainted).
A move you used includes moves called by Metronome, Sleep Talk, Assist, Me First, or Copycat. It does not include Magic Coat or Magic Bounce.
Rest, used by either player, is never counted by this clause.
-Evasion Clause - A Pokemon may not have the moves Double Team or Minimize in its moveset.
Generally, this rule will be automatically enforced in simulator play.
-OHKO Clause - A Pokemon may not have the moves Fissure, Guillotine, Horn Drill, or Sheer Cold in its moveset.
-Moody Clause - A team cannot have a Pokemon with the ability Moody.

Changes, added rules & clauses.
-Complete removal of confusion, freeze, infutation, prankster, moxie, unburden, shadow tag, arena trap, hustle, simple , speed boost, harvest, contrary, etc.
-Critical hits will be completely removed from the game. 6.25% chance to double your move's power is not what needs to be in the competitive scene of pokemon. Pokemon with abilities based around this will be replaced with a different ability that is going to be voted on. Possibly pressure or something simple.
-Secondary effects will be completely removed from the game to an extent. Now this is a tough one, the 10% to burn on flamethrower and such will be just taken out, the 10% & 20% to drop defense etc will be gone. Things like scald with a 30% chance to burn I had a couple things in mind; perhaps if a player is to use scald 2 consecutive times it shall burn on the second, or scald does 1.5x or 2x the damage to burned pokemon. I will make a poll for that. Things like recoil will still be in place, also drops from Overheat, Close Combat, Superpower, etc will still be in place. I will take a poll on whether we want to keep the charge beam boost or not. This means there will be no flinches outside of fake out! Abilities such as Static, Effect spore, etc will either be changed or do something like when hit 2 times consecutively with a contact move they take effect. Effect spore might only poison, I will have a poll for that as well.
-Misses will not happen. Now this is what causes many people to start arguments, which is not what I want! Things like focus blast will probably be nerfed in power. For the most part moves with 90% & 95% are really annoying to miss and should be 100%. One thing that personally made me kinda mad was how there was no 100% physical rock attack, did they really think rock was that OP? Perhaps Stone Edge could be 90 base attack, or not because earthquake is 100%, then again there are flying types and the ability levitate. I'll have to make a bunch of polls about accuracy nerfs and changes. No guard and other users with abilities to help accuracy will be replaced with something else.
-Paralyzation won't happen; you will never be fully paralyzed. Being paralyzed makes you have 25% of your normal speed and normally gives you a 25% chance to be fully paralyzed and not be able to move. I'm not sure we should keep it at 25% the speed, maybe 1/3 or even 1/2 the speed. I will also make a poll on that.
-Min/Max Damage to be settled at the middle damage point so every turn you will know exactly how much your attack will do and be assured it will hit.
